Mr. Surya Raju is the Founder & Secretary General of the Asian Centre for International Arbitration and Mediation (ACIAM). He is also an Advocate practicing before the Supreme Court of India and the Managing Partner of Trinadha Law Firm.

With over 13 years of hands-on experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mr. Raju has administered and conducted arbitrations and mediations across India and internationally, handling disputes in sectors including construction, technology, commercial contracts, infrastructure, banking, and family law. His practice combines extensive litigation experience before courts with a deep commitment to advancing institutional dispute resolution mechanisms.

Beyond case administration, Mr. Surya Raju is dedicated to strengthening India’s ADR ecosystem. He has authored numerous articles on arbitration and mediation, conducts workshops for law firms, corporate counsel, and industry professionals on effective dispute resolution strategies, and actively mentors the next generation of arbitrators and mediators through ACIAM’s training and capacity-building programs.

Through his leadership at ACIAM and Trinadha Law Firm, Mr. Surya Raju continues to promote and strengthen Institutional ADR mechanisms in India, contributing to the nation’s emergence as a global hub for efficient, credible, and internationally recognized dispute resolution.
